Noel consults on "making innovation ecosystems work", more specifically around readiness assessments, vision & strategy, external business relation management, leadership behaviours, organisational design supporting open innovation , legal toolboxes, C-suite roles, Pipeline Management, and business model exploration. His focus is on Implementation and Execution in addition to Vision & Strategy.
Noel retired in 2019 from Procter & Gamble as Vice President Global Procurement after a career spanning 36 years in Belgium, Germany and Switzerland. During his career, he has been instrumental in bringing innovation "from outside in", collaborating across functions and suppliers. Noel was at the forefront of P&G's Connect + Develop Open Innovation Program for nearly 20 years.
Noel has a master's degree in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Leuven and has given guest lectures on "Making open innovation work" at the Vlerick Business School, the Solvay Brussels School and EM Business School Lyon.
