Upon arrival, go to the back of the train station Gent Sint-Pieters and walk to the shuttle stop, where you can take a Milcobel Shuttle to the event location. Please indicate in your registration form if you would be interested in using our Shuttle Service.
You can of course also walk from there (18 min) or ride bike/Blue-Bike (6 min). Go to the right in the direction of the Sint-Denijslaan. At the end of the street, you’ll find the “CommunicatieCampus” on your left.

Bus stop on the Sint-Denijslaan; Strandlopershalte with bus number 34, 35 or 36, on a 2 minute walk from the “CommunicatieCampus”.
Coming from Ostend, Brussels or Kortrijk, take exit Expo.
Coming from Antwerp, take exit R4.
The ‘CommunicatieCampus’ has a sizeable parking lot. More parking space can be found at the ‘Snepkaai’, a 5 minute walk away. View the plan for the ‘Snepkaai’.

A shuttle service will be available to bring you from Gent Sint-Pieters station to the event location upon reservation.
You will leave the station by taking the back exit with direction ‘Voskenslaan’(Sint-Denijslaan 203), the shuttle service will be available there every 15 minutes.
Make sure to tick the ‘I’ll take the shuttle bus’ box when registering for this event.
